Brooklin - Class of 2014

I've been neglecting my blog...  haha!  This is my oldest and I love her!  She graduated two years ago and has been taking life by the horns ever since.  Brains, beauty, and brawn...this girl has it all!! -mj

This sweet little miss came over sound asleep and stayed asleep through five of six outfit changes!  She was all of eleven days old and was such a joy to shoot.  New to this shoot are the nest prop (I made out of grapevine wreathes) and some crocheted props from my etsy shop, Playing Reindeer Games.

Individual Sports Cards

This is something I learned how to do recently.  I found a tutorial online that was recommended by Scott Kelby...he is awesome by the way...and I really like the effect!

In this first one, I downloaded a free texture background from the internet.  I ended up not liking the download, because it was not a great resolution...so for the second and third ones, I did a photoshoot at Home Depot to get some better quality textures!  I spent 45 minutes in the store taking pictures of flooring, counter top, tile, and other building supplies.
